fallingblox is a name i took some years ago when i was amassing the world's largest collection of tetris and "falling blocks" games. i still claim that distinction, with over 800 individual games and every major platform accounted for. i had a website called "tetris overload" on which i reviewed each game and presented it with a review for download. after a threat of legal action from the tetris company (which did not even exist when i started the project), i was forced to remove the site and the immense amount of work done on it was wasted. i still have the collection and occasionally add to it, though i do not collect as frequently and rabidly as i used to. but i kept the name. i am an artist and computer geek living in the boston area, fixing computers during the day and using my nights and weekends for creative pursuits. |
